Mike Oliver, Principal of Brooke House College, has raised concerns about the possible consequences of returning EU students next April (post March 29th Brexit date), in the event of a ‘no deal’ situation. Currently EU students do not need a visa to come and study, but they would no longer be in that position come April next year. For instance, might they be turned away at the border with no visa weeks before they were due to sit GCSEs, UFPs or A Levels.   Here is the Home Office’s reply
