From 4th to 6th September 2017, ten BAISIS member schools exhibited at the Studyworld Agents and UK Educators Fair organised by EnglishUK. The event was held at the prestigious QEII Conference Centre overlooking the Houses of Parliament in London.  The ten schools were: Bishopstrow College, Box Hill School, King’s Ely, Mill Hill School, Queen’s College, St Edmunds College, St Michael’s College, TASIS, Taunton School and Wells Cathedral School.  The individual schools’ tables were arranged behind a BASIS desk manned by BAISIS General Secretary, Caroline Nixon.  The three day event was attended by 300 agents from all over the world.  The general consensus of the ten BAISIS schools was that they had made some excellent new agent connections as well as cemented existing agent relationships. This was the first marketing event where BAISIS schools have joined together to raise agent awareness of BAISIS as a marque of quality assurance, as well as of their individual schools, and we are considering doing more events in the future.
